Hard Top Sealed at Porthole Levers?

I just recently decided to turn off my radio to listen to the cabin closely. I have noticed an "air sound" off my left ear near the porthole lever.

I tried opening and closing the levers but had no luck making it disappear. The windows are sealed and I do not think it has anything to do with a loss of memory.

Any similar reports out there?? Any suggestions?
