hard top noise

I have a 2003. The hard top, when on , makes a 'rattle, or 'straining noise when going over even esy bumps. Is tyhis normal, or does it need adjustment?

Are you under warranty? I think there was a TSB and a revised part to replace one of the rear deck top latch parts.
