The number of miles on a new car is irrelevent. The dealer does not care about this.

What you need to find out is what the invoice is, and how much dealer cash there is and rebates.

Take the invoice - dealer cash - rebate and you have the amount to offer.

Don't count out the 3% holdback which some dealers are up front about and others act like it basically doeasn't exist. That's about $1200. samolians or so.

I have an 04 premium and the convertible top is light sand. Someone mentioned a top cleaner and sealer...what brands do users of these products recommend?

I prefer the Ford product for this, but you can find a number of different other brands in any auto store, Wallmart etc.
