There is an interesting message board for auto dealer technicians were there is some enlightening information available. If you take the time to read the various topics and comments you might be surprised as to what goes on in the service area.
With the amount of time and money we have invested in this car and the emotional attachment most seem to have with it, it only seems logical that we also be as educated as possible when dealing with the people who will be servicing it. I’m not saying it’s all negative, but it is enlightening as to the plight of the technician and how it effects us as consumers.
