Does anyone know anything about these? I believe this is a set of dealer promotional pieces, and they are still in their original plastic wrappings. While I am a fan of Ford Thunderbirds (my had has owned a ‘60 for a long time), I am not a collector, so I’d like to find an appropriate home for them. Please tell me what you know!

Perhaps contact Mecum for some guidance. Recently i saw they were auctioning tractor art so maybe they'd have a way to sell these.

Good luck. They look interesting.

66Fastback,

I have this set hanging in my garage but they do not have the paper backing description like yours. Having a sealed set is quite a find!
I also tried to find more information on these but never found anything. Looking at the back of yours, I would say Ford ordered them from Ascott Corp in Ann Arbor, MI (think they are still a viable screen printing service today) for the introduction of the 1980 Thunderbird. I would seriously doubt that Ascott could provide any info but may be worth a try.
Find the right buyer and they may fetch $300-$400.

Tom
