Clunk when Hardtop off

Soft clunk from rear when over a bump gently.
Two beats or "thud-thud"
Began last summer (2014)
The dealership cannot find.
Any ideas?

Wondering if you have checked to be sure all in trunk, spare tire & battery are not loose. Could be rear-end bottoming out, especially if shocks r shot. Push down on the back end of the car trying to make the car bounce up n down to see if you can make it sound off. Also check u-joints for excess play.
