Since I can't get to my car or book, could some of you test your cd for me. The question is: When you put it on shuffle does it do 'true" shuffle- Goes from one song on one disc to another song on another disc -etc.etc. I have not tried this but now want to know.(see how bored I'm getting being laid up?) Or does our shuffle just shuffle the songs on one complete disc then go to next disc and shuffles that one. Thank you.

Joy, you actually have the option of shuffling all the discs (one song on one disc to another song on another disc) OR shuffling the tracks on an individual disc. And by the way, I've been surprised at how smoothly and quickly the player shifts discs.
