I vacuumed the interior of my TBird for the first time this weekend. While vacuuming under the drivers seat (with the seat pushed all the way forward) I noticed that the vacuum was pulling the carpet fibers out of the mat leaving bald patches in the carpet. This only occured under the drivers seat seat.Any one else had carpet problems?

I have vacuumed mine MANY times and haven't had any carpet pull out. I was disturbed the first time I vacuumed behind the drivers seat and noticed how the carpet was so roughly cut out around the metal piece that fastens the seat to the floor. There is at least 1/2" of bare metal instead of carpet all the way around.
