Just completed an 8,000 mile cross country trip with my Bird (VIN Y112026). This car is clearly the best I have ever had. Zero defects when I picked it up and zero defects now after 10,000 hard miles with sustained speeds of over 80 mph.

Only problem was the Ford Bra. The mesh was creased horizontally when it came out of the box due to the way it was packed. The crease developed into a split at high speeds causing the top part of the bra to ride up on the hood. My dealer is replacing it, but Ford Purchasing needs to change the specs and put a heavier duty mesh on future bras. In all, Ford really hit a home run with this car.

From the topic title, I thought it was going to be one of the "Let the stories begin" stories... anyway, I have the Bra.. It's still in the box.. I guess i'll have to keep an eye on it....
