UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
The inside passenger door handle on my 2004 "Black Beauty" has broken.
Does anyone know where I can find detailed instructions on how to remove the door panel and then the handle?

I found a Ford Shop Manual at books4cars.com, but it costs $170.00 and Ford wants $350.00 for the entire door handle assembly. I have decided to glue both pieces together, pour a mold of the part and cast a replacement out of resin.

In the meantime, I will continue to get out of the car and open the door for my wife.

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Any upholstery shop can show you how to remove panel. I like your creative attitude re handle itself.
