Badges and Stickers, 2003

Does anyone have a website that sells interior and exterior badges? I was able to get "Thunderbird" for the exterior but I'm struggling to find the bird badge from the steering wheel.

Likewise, I've been looking for the "Thunderbird" emblem that is positioned in the center of the original black plastic kick plates for my 2004. On both sides the emblems appear corroded and are bubbling on the edges. Searches are only turning up aftermarket kick plates, and I would prefer to simply fix the original. Picture below. Any help with this, and the OP's question are appreciated!
