there is one on the header in front of the radiator atleast on mine there on all of my SC's if not I'll try and get a picture from my manual when I can get the chance I've got alot happening this week all at once even figuring out the same problem you're having on my 93
 
but I don't think it's a vacuum you should concentrate on troubleshooting what I had said first a vacuum really wouldn't cause what you are describing
 
I fixed the issue with my vehicle it was grounding out and now my Ac comes in and out of the vents to the defroster
