83 3.8 wont pump fuel

Thanks for adding me to the forum. I need help. New fuel pump, all lines clear, tank has been removed and everything checks out. Tried removing pump and replacing. Still no fuel. Thanks for any help. This car only has 63,000 miles hate to junk it.

Does the pump run? If not do you have a oil pressure kill switch wired into the fuel pump?

I had that happen to my 85 Cougar, it my be the same issue. The fuel line was bad over the tank so I replaced it with fuel hose from the sending unit, it kinked and wouldn't let the fuel through.
