Does anyone know of a conversion kit to switch my wipers from hydro to electric or of a motor I could use to make the conversion

Maybe someone know how to fix this motor? I have problem in my '71 too. Wipers starts only on wet if I help them by hand... New power steering fluid change nothing.
The wiper motor is underneath the grill on the front of the car. I believe in order to get to it you need to first remove the hood. Honestly though... A hydraulic powered wiper motor is just odd. Why did they do that when they had electric motors for fricking windows and seats? Couldn't a ford tech think "hmm what about an electric motor for the window wipers?"
