66 Thunderbird starting issue

Change plugs wire ignition solenoid starting solenoid point condenser ignition tumbler/solenoid.......neutral safety switch after that now when turn the key it starting in the run position starter won't disengage on and low fuel light stays on with out key

A new starter solenoid solved the problem in my 64 where the engine started but the starter kept going. Scared me, I had to disconnect the battery to get it to stop. I think I bought a BWD from Advanced Auto Parts with a lifetime warranty for pretty cheap and it worked great.
 
I think you need to review your ignition switch/tumbler and connections then. You say you changed it so it could be defective or you might have the run and start wires touching.
