I read that the oil pan was installed on the engine before the block was painted, but I can't find or see what happens to the transmission pan. Was it painted red? And if yes, were the fasteners also painted? And the filler tube I removed appeared to have been painted black. Is this correct?

When I had my engine/ trans out this spring for rebuild everything I found showed trans pan unpainted Metal and dip stick tube black.
I cleaned up pan before reinstall and shot with a coat of-satin clear Coat.
not really concerned about concourse rules, just how I chose to do mine
it’s all good
