"B" may be the horn relay, "A" is a condenser (obviously) of which is not on my '57 so I can't help on that one.

"B" is the horn relay I also don't have a "A" condenser. See photo of my 57

I believe that "B" is a noise suppressor for the radio, it was to help keep generator whine out of the AM radio. I had a 1964 Fairlane that had that on the VR, and if my old memory serves me correctly that is what I remember.
Cheers
