The sun visors on my bird are new, but just do not have the resilience to fight the wind at higher speeds. Does anyone know of a trick to strengthen them up to become victorious in the wind wars? Thanks

You might try a mini-bungy cord hooked around the visor and plugged into the hole in the windshield header where the locating pin for the top fits in. You can make a slight bend in the long arm the visor pivots on. In time as the foam ages this will no longer hold the visor in "up" position.
good luck, John
