UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
Automotive News reported on 6/17 that Ford has announced a layoff of 980 employees at the Wixom plant as part of the restructuring plan announced earlier this year. Only Lincoln LS, Town Car and Continental workers are affected. Thunderbird production will stay on schedule.
