2005 PATS alarm will not disengage

After a strong rain I used my remote to open the trunk and the alarm went off. None of the remote buttons, nor turning key in door lock and ignition will make it disengage

Update on Pats alarm when opening door. After fully charging the battery the open drivers door alarm went away. Still have horn blowing and removed to fuse to keep my sanity. when using left directional all the lights come on in from and back including the headlights, when using right directional the parking lights and both directional lamps come on but nothing blinks. Am I having an Instrument Cluster issue?

I agree with @biddle, the first thing you should do is to have the battery tested or if you do not know how old it is, replace it.
