2004 What is the part number on the A/C decal?

If anyone has a good decal in-tact under their hood on the sight-shield and can read the Ford part number (should be in the lower right corner of the decal), I'd be appreciative if you could tell me that part number or upload a photo.

I am trying to identify this label for replacement:

You can get a new one from Thunderbird Specialties.
Don't think Ford has any more in their inventory.
When you do get a replacement I suggest that you keep a small piece of cloth over the decal to keep the hood seal from rubbing on it which just occurrs from normal vibration of the cr moving down the road.
