2004 TBird Radio/CD Player Question

Greetings:

My 2004 TBird radio works fine but the CD player will not let a CD load. It just gets stuck and I have to use a hemostat to remove it.

1. How do I remove the radio?

2. What other Factory radios will interchange directly (Lincoln?)
