2004 T-bird DATC troubleshooting

[Black Beauty T-Bird]

I checked the reading at my cabin temp sensor with it plugged in and the a/c on. I had 2.35VDC at pin #1 and 69.5 ohms at pin #2. Based on that, I believe my DATC is bad. If anyone can comment on my readings to verify, that would be awesome.
