2004 Thunderbird lumbar seat adjustment not working as designed. The adjustment knob turns, appears to be connected, but as you adjust the tension there doesn't seem to be any support change. Feels like lumbar adjustment is set all the way out. Feels like a big lump in the seat back cushion, I can't seem to adjust it down. Any & all suggestions would be appreciated.
