2004 faulty crank position sensor fix

Note that my '04 on rare occasion started hard and idles rough.
OBD showed no DTC.
Having seen a post that a faulty crank position sensor could be at fault, put in a new one, $30 from Rockauto and problem resolved!
Runs great.
Easy fix, note that the service manual page 303-04-40 shows the CPS as having a "O" ring.
Guess what?? No "O" ring anywhere. Trip to plumbing dept at hardware store and "O" ring is now installed.
