Did you check all the fuses, I found that the list that Ford shows isn't really good, example;
Number 25 is for the washer fluid pump and Ford says it's not used

No need to include "Thunderbird" in your subjects since we are an all Thunderbird site. Updated.
 
Could be just a loose pin in one of the power plug/Jack under the seat.

What function isn't working, there are 3 separate motors; horizontal, rear height & front height. The adjustment switch makes those individual choices. The switch itself is backed by F4-19 located in the rear junction box. Hope this helps.
