2003 Thunderbird plastic cover under car

I recently purchased my car and today noticed a torn (broken) black plastic shroud under the front of the car on the passenger side. There are two shrouds on that side and this is the rearmost one. Is this a part that I can buy? Where? Thanks in advance.

Also, my transmission has the E code and I have not been able to get clear direction on where and how to proceed.

I think the broken piece is a splash guard?

I just replaced my right and left side plastic shields next to the front belly pan. Ford dealer had to order them but got them in three days. Not cheap at around $150 for the pair. Ford still has a lot of parts for these cars.

Are the shields you replaced two piece on the passenger side?

The one on the passenger side is one piece but it has a flexible rubber top part to get around the sway bar to get into place.

Booty_malone - do you have a part number on that 2 piece shield? Mine is busted too.

Sorry, I do not have the parts numbers. I picked them out from the drawings the Ford dealer had.
