My rear tail brake and turning light are not working. I suspect socket. Anyone with experience?

There is a connector back there that is prone to coorsion and damage...the plastic gets brittle and the connection can become intermittent; not a hard job to replace it and not an expensive part so I would check that first. You may get lucky and just get
away with a copious spraying of DeOxIt electrical contact cleaner and restore the connection though - try that first.
The connector is accessible by removing the trunk interior side trim panel and removing the two bolts on the threaded tail light housing assembley and then pulling that piece forward...one of the mounting screws is very long so you'll need a deep socket.
You can also check voltages at the connector while you have things apart.
