I have the black/white leather seats in my car and the back of the drivers seat is starting to show some ware. Does any one know of a vendor where I can order a stock factory replacement cover?

Try Thunderbird specialities
I bought their seat cover replacements about three years ago and they are at least as good as stock. .
 
I just bought my new seat covers from https://www.lseat.com/products/2002-2005-ford-thunderbird-custom-real-leather-seat-covers-front.html
I did not choose to duplicate the cheesy fabric insert, opting instead rolled vented leather of the same color.. 004 grey. Will post picture when they are installed Monday. Pair of seat covers was only 495 and installation locally in high cost DFW is quoted at 295. Shipping took a while in the covid d crisis but I have never been known for patience.
