2003 stuck in park

My 03 was running without issue. The gearshift was Stuck in Park and engine would not crank.
Now able to move gearshift, but doesn’t crank.
I’m thinking it’s the neutral safety switch.
Any ideas?

Either that or the brake switch behind pedals. It's common on these cars

Brake switch was fine. I found the transmission linkage bushing bad. Easy and expensive fix.
