Hello,
T-bird wrench light on, fuel pump code, won't start. fuel pump not priming. dealer said rear electronics module - had rebuilt. now fuel pump primes, but still won't start.

codes b2141 navigation module configureation
U1041 SCP Data Fault for vehicle speed
U1262 SCP Data Fault J1850 Bus
P1233 Fuel pump Module off line
dealer things pcm is bad. any thoughts? if it is the pcm, does anybody know how to access/remove to send out for repair?
