2003 Alarm sounds when Ignition is turned on

Dealer previously disconnected alarm to prevent battery drain 6 months ago, Key fam has no control over the issue. Any ideas on how to stop alarm from sounding?

I am aware of this happening, I had a dealer disconnect the alarm system to stop my continuous battery drain over a year ago. This is not directly related to the alarm as the alarm has bee disconnected to stop the battery drain causing your issue. The horn going off is directly related to and triggered only by the ignition being turned on and off. Key on, horn blares. Key off, horn stops. The emergency bottom on the key fob will not trigger the alarm regardless of position of key in ignition. I am stumped. Any other solutions?
