Hi gang! I'm thrilled!!!! due to the information I found here on the forum
I learned the steering angle sensor ( yes I checked with the seller to make sure its the position sensor)
from a 03,04,05,06 Lincoln LS which they call the position sensor for the 05 Tbird is supposed to
fit my baby! Grabbed it up for 38.00. Thank you for this forum and all you knowledgeable people!!!

Hi, trying to get to the bottom of the purpose of yw4a-3f818. As I replaced both tilt & telescopic motors on my 04 bird, this part was missing & after close examination of the mounting holes on the motors there is no evidence they were ever used. I'm trying to get the memory function of the steering column to work. I understand the fundamentals of electronic stability program that requires a rotation sensor, I didn't know tbirds ever had that program.
