2002 Valve Cover bolt positions

I need to know why the valve cover has one bolt that's different , and where its located, I pulled the cover off and some bolts fell out , before I could reference them to their proper location on the head. The left side is where this happened, shoulder bolts, and this bolt is different and has bolt thread lock on it. Please Help.
