If you read above its suggested around 100K to 120K miles but I haven't checked the maintenance docs yet to see if that's a Ford recommendation or just empirical advice.

Ford doesn’t recommend a change point (at least in the first 150K). Use what makes you comfortable. Here’s a like to the Service Guide from that time.
