2002 Thunderbird - best mechanic for it near Newport News,VA?

A relative of mine daily drives an extremely nice low mileage 2002 Thunderbird in great shape; she lives in Newport News, VA (near Norfolk). Unfortunately, I live far too distant to come by and fix or maintain it; my experience with the local Ford dealerships have been extremely unsatisfactory. Does anyone know of a very good shop that's an expert with these Thunderbirds in southeastern Virginia?

I take my 2002 to Hall Ford on Jefferson. Very happy with their expertise and service.
