2002 Squeaky Top & no dash lights

Also a newbie here.
Drove after dark today and discovered that my dash lights are also not working. Where's the module located and can u give me a contact number for repair?

I use this Napa product on the rubber gasket on the hardtop and along the windshield. It seems to reduce squeaky noises.
