Lost fuel pump last weekend and power steering switch last year(mileage 11600). Want to avoid any other surprises when on the road.How many belts and hoses are involved? Timing belt replace? Any other suggestions for preventive maintenance. Already have new tire and fuel filter.

Before a road trip, check your spare. There have been about 6 spares that I know of that have exploded, for no apparent reason. Mine however seems to be fine. I just topped it off with air
