When I look down the quarter panel from above at the rear tires I can see a significant amount of toe-in on both sides. The spec calls for 0.12 (+/- 0.25) of toe-in. Is that enough to make it that obvious or is my alignment way off.

The vehicle toe setting affects tire wear and directional stability, do your rear tires show excessive wear?

Camber, caster and toe are adjustable on the front suspension system. Only the toe is adjustable on the rear suspension system. The rear toe is adjusted by the use of toe link assemblies connecting the knuckles to the rear sub-frame.

I was just asking to see if the rear toe-in is that noticeable on all these cars or mine is way off. The car has sat for almost six years. The tires were fairly new when whoever had it stopped driving it so I can't tell about the wear.
