2002 left seatbelt will not pull out

Happy Holidays to @biddle and forum, My Left seatbelt retracted normally but will not pullout. Any advice gratefully accepted.

That happened to me in a different vehicle, I simply pulled and released the seatbelt strap dozens of times, and it finally
extended. If that does not work you may have to get to the seatbelt mechanism and find the small lever that is keeping
seatbelt from extending and move it to extend, and see what is holding things up.
