Not sure if I'm the first to reply, but what's out on your Bird? My right headlight went out - traced it to the FEM, which replacing can get a little pricey. Depending on what's wrong, you may want to seek out "module masters" online. Including shipping, etc. I think I spent approx $300 maybe $350 to get my FEM rebuilt. Been about half a year and everything seems fine. modulemasters.com out of Moscow, Idaho (believe it or not). Hope this helps. And also, this is my first post - have had mine (2004) for a little less than a year, so when mine went out I was really concerned with my purchase but seems to be running fine so far. Good Luck!
