2002 clicking relay next the REM

Hello All, new here and new to this 2002 Tbird Convertible. There is one of 3 relays in a box on the passenger side of the REM box that will start clicking intermittently. I have change it out with a new factory relay along with installing a new FOMOCO battery. Can anyone tell me what the relays are for. The relay box cover is marked 1,2,3,4 but am not sure the cover hasn't been reversed and there is no relay in the #2 or # slots depending on if the cover is on correctly. Thanks for any help.

The convertible top raise and lower relays are located in the auxiliary relay box 1, located in the passenger compartment behind the seat next to the Rear Electronic Module.
