1996 lx 4.6 replace purge valve

Hi folks! I need to replace my canister purge valve and it's buried in the fender behind the right headlight. Very awkward to get at. Are there any hints as to how to access this valve? Does the canister detach and bring the valve down with it? PLEASE HELP!

@Bbubba Buried is what it is, I'm currently working on mine, the hose rotted out, I've been trying to do it the harder way but so far I'm hopeful, I'm doing everything thru that square opening down below, it's actually a fog lamp access hole, there's two other ways to gain access, take the headlight out or, and I may end up doing it this way, take that bottom plastic piece off, I believe it is held up with plastic push retainers, about 5 on each side, I've had mine off many years ago to do a brake line under the radiator, when I put it back in I used nut and bolts to hold it up instead of using the o.e.m. push retainers..............
If your swapping the valve, consider getting a good look at that hose, before and after the valve.................
