1992 wiper motor bushings bad...can you help?

My 1992 has a bad wiper motor, for which a replacement is easy to find. But the bushings that attach the motor to the firewall are also bad, and are impossible (so far) to find. The mounting bushings need to be the type that have threaded studs extending from both ends. All help and suggestions are welcome.

Just did mine, one of them, Ford dealer doesn't show part #, cant get one
I welded 3 flat washers in between sor the spacing and installed it, works good
rubber shock bolts are pretty solid, hope it dosn't matter
Time will tell
