My 88 with lightweight 3.8 rides very harsh up front, and is nose up. I think springs for the 3.8 and 5.0 are the same part number. I can't find any lower, softer springs advertised and local spring shops price is Yikes! I was going to cut one coil out, or heat up a couple coils with a torch but I'm told that will lower the front end but actually make the spring more harsh. Does anybody know a car I could rob springs off of? Foxbody with a 4 banger? What year? Anybody tried air bags up front?
