1979 exhaust - 302 - my Y pipe fell of and looking to replace the pass. manifold with a stock part or headers. What headers fit? I do not need the cats any more so it is not an issue. I want to run straight pipe out the backend

For the 302, there are plenty of headers that will work. Literally, any quality manufacturer will work. You may want to see about shorty headers on 5 liter Mustangs. They have nice flow and any 5.0 Mustang in the junkyard has them.

I heard some time ago the headers and H-pipe from the 85-91 5.0 GT's are a bolt in, but you'll have to fab up from the H-pipe back.
