1967 water pully bolts size?

I currently am trying to replace my old radiator and installing a combo kit. the water pully pump bolts broke off and need help trying to fide the correct size and torque specs.

The water pump hole threads are 5/16-24 (fine).
The bolt length is dependent on the length of the fan spacer.
Also, do you have a clutch fan? Those are shorter - no spacer.
Add up the depth of the spacer, fan, and pulley flange to determine the length.

Use grade 5 bolts. Torque to 10-15 ft/lbs (according to shop manual)
