1965 Headlight issue

Sorry, new to the forum, but I got my 1965 a few weeks ago and the headlights are not coming on. The high and low beam foot controller connectors have corrosion on the terminals, would this keep the headlights from coming on, or would it be the switch in the dashboard?

The dimmer switch will prevent the headlights from working if it's bad. Replace it and clean the connections.

Replace your floor dimmer switch.
