1964 speedometer instruments wiring

Im trying to put my dash back together after it was taken apart by someone else and im having wiring issues. My speedo lights I only have 4 plus the light switch light on the loom. Im missing 2 sockets.
Was there a seperate piece of loom that had the other two speedo sockets?
