1964 Interior Parts Needed

I'm looking for a replacement steering wheel hub, driver's side door panel and lid for center console. All are cracked and I don't think they are repairable. Color is Turquoise. Also, can one retrofit rear seat belts? Are there mounting studs already on the body?

Should be holes under back seat for seatbelts
